Jacob Watt-Morse

Jacob is a product professional hailing from Pittsburgh, PA. Jacob spent the past five years at Propel where he brought several new features to market in the grocery and employment space. While there, he became obsessed with how frustrating the online job searching experience was for Propel users. Those learnings, DIG interviews, and the challenges his sisters with disabilities had job searching, motivated him to start Iter, a company trying to bring innovation and dignity to how people find meaningful work. Outside of Iter, Jacob is a fledgling (some might say flailing) soccer player, type 2 fun and outdoor enthusiast, Novo Amor and Maggie Rodgers admirer, NPR nerd, and Steelers Fanatic.
